Why is it,on foreclosures,I cannot see the home? just ... - Zillow Real ...

Some of what you are seeing are probably pre-forclosure homes, where the people are behind on the mortgage, but it may never go int actual forclosure or be a bank owned property that is actually for sale.

Most of the time when a property is owned by a bank, they list them with a real estate agent. Then the agent takes pictures and they are posted for sale like any other for sale property. However, many of the banks do some pre-marketing, and they don't always put out pictures. Also, some of the properties have buyers lined up the moment they go on the market and there is simply no need to post pics.

If you are interested in buying a bank owned property (REO) or any other property, you should consider getting an agent. Having an agent who is on top of the market is often the only way to get in on these properties because they sometimes sell so quickly.
